1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with sstoursandtravelsindia. We request all clients to read them carefully as they define your rights and responsibilities when using our travel services.

2. Booking Process

2.1 How to Book

2.2 Booking Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
• You will receive a confirmation email with itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and payment details.
• Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or affect the booking process.

3. Payments

3.1 Payment Terms

• An advance amount is required to initiate the booking.
• The remaining payment must be completed before or on the travel date.
• Failure to pay on time may lead to auto-cancellation.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

• UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)
• Debit/Credit Cards
• Cash payments at office (depending on availability)

4. Pricing Policy

• All prices are quoted in INR unless explicitly mentioned.
• Prices may change due to seasonal demand, tax changes, or supplier revisions.
• Once a booking is confirmed, prices will not change unless requested modifications are made by the client.

5. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

5.1 Inclusions

• Accommodation as per itinerary
• Meals mentioned in the package
• Transportation (private/shared depending on package)
• Sightseeing as listed in your itinerary

5.2 Exclusions

• Flights or train tickets unless included
• Personal expenses like shopping, laundry, beverages, etc.
• Entry tickets to attractions unless specified
• Adventure activities not included in the package
• Travel insurance

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair for all clients. Refund eligibility depends on tourism policies, hotel guidelines, and transportation service rules.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our official Refund Policy.
• No refunds for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or unused services.
• Processing time for refunds is 7–14 working days.

7. Travel Documents

• Clients must carry valid government ID proofs.
• For international travel, passport and visa approvals are the client's responsibility.
• Special permits (like ILP) must be arranged as required.

8. Responsibilities of Clients

• Provide accurate details during booking.
• Follow the itinerary and instructions of travel guides.
• Respect local culture, laws, and guidelines.
• Take care of personal belongings.

9. Company Rights

• We may modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
• Equivalent alternatives will be provided if certain services are unavailable.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals involved in misconduct.

10. Liability Limitations

• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party providers.
• Natural events, vehicle breakdowns, or weather issues are beyond our control.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the concerned booking.

11. Media Usage

• Photos/videos captured during tours may be used for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in media, inform us in writing.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with unauthorized entities.

13. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir courts.
